When you shop with Kingston Stationers, we collect only the information we genuinely need:

Your name and phone number So we can call or WhatsApp you about your order and delivery.
Your email address For order confirmations, receipts, and password resets.
Your delivery address So we can get your order to the right place.
Your order history So you can see what you bought and reorder easily.

We do NOT collect: your M-Pesa PIN, your bank details, your ID number, your birthday, or anything else you wouldn't expect us to have.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information for exactly three things:

  • To fulfill your order — process payment, pack your items, deliver to you.
  • To keep you posted — order confirmations, delivery updates, and receipts.
  • To serve you better — remember your cart, show your order history, allow wishlists.

We do not send marketing spam. If we ever send you a newsletter, we'll ask first and give you an easy way to unsubscribe.

Who We Share With

We share your information only with the services that make your order happen:

  • Safaricom M-Pesa — to process your payment securely.
  • Our delivery team — so they can bring your order to your address.
  • Email service providers — to send you order confirmations and receipts.

That's it. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't trade it for anything. Ever.

How We Protect Your Information

  • Passwords are encrypted — even we can't see them.
  • Payments go through Safaricom — we never see or store your M-Pesa PIN.
  • SSL encryption — all traffic between your browser and our site is encrypted.
  • We keep it minimal — the less we collect, the less there is to lose.

Your Rights

You're in control of your data. You can:

  • See what we have — view your profile and order history at any time.
  • Change it — update your name, phone, or address from your account.
  • Delete it — email us and we'll remove your account and personal data.
  • Ask questions — reach out any time if something doesn't feel right.

Cookies

We use a few basic cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart. We don't use tracking cookies for ads, and we don't run third-party analytics that spy on you across the web.

Children's Privacy

Our store is meant for adults making purchases. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 18. If a parent or guardian believes their child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it right away.
